Today's Featured Biography
Martha Cash Wells
After graduating from ECU with a degree in nursing, I worked at UNC hospital for about a year before marrying Charlie(my husband of almost 25 years). We lived in the southeastern part of the state for about 10 years before moving back to Rocky Mount in 1987. I continued my career in nursing and completed my MPH in public health nursing (which ironically I've never used!). Charlie has worked in the banking industry for all of his 27 years out of college. We were blessed with 2 wonderful daughters in 1993 & 1995. Soon after their arrival, my professional career ended, and my full-time career as keeper of our home & family began. Four years ago God called us to homeschool our 2 girls. It is the hardest, but most rewarding job I've had (besides being a mother!). I am constantly amazed at how much I missed the 1st time through school! As a family, we enjoy camping, ECU football, & our newest addition, Midnite (our Maltipoo). Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
