Lets see, shortly after graduation I stayed in Princeton for a few months before moving north to Superior Wis. helped out my aunt for a year after she had her second child and helped run her daycare. Moved south for a womping 2wks to Watertown SD. to help a friend in need, ya I know. It seriously felt like I was living in bags n boxes and always on the move. But I feel like I've always been the type to go when a friend or family member is in need.
I moved back to Princeton and lived there for about a year I suppose, and during that time was quite the "chataholic" I frequented a few boards. And one night I started talking to someone ( whos know my husband ) ... I suppose we are one of the success stories from the internet, and I didn't make the news from being found in a dumpster as my father was afraid of.
This special someone, lived out on the east coast in a mountain valley town called Rileyville, VA. We chatted online & phone for 5months. He flew me out to meet him for my birthday... it was only suppose to be a visit... BUT I ended up staying! I've been out in VA now for 7years. We moved 5miles south to Luray, VA and lived there for 4years. The last year we had our son, that took us 3years to concieve! We miss the beautiful mountain views and pretty laid back kinda life around the area, but that area just didn't offer much at all. So when a company Mike ( hubby ) worked for previously called and offered him a job he snatched the chance for us to get out while we could! Which brought us to Richmond, VA. We lived there for 2years and are now currently in Hampton VA.
Ya the downside is the company relocates every few years for jobsites. We don't want to continue on this path when Caden starts school, so that gives us 2years basically yet to figure out the whole plan.
I want to move back home, near family which was a huge part of my growing up. I want Caden surrounded by the support and love I was. I want him to grow up with my neice and nephew, and with the other wee lil cousins that are starting to come along. Hubby has warmed up to the idea of freezing cold... so we will most likely plant ourselves somewhere near Princeton in 3-4years.
I currently do Daycare out of my home. Love watching the wee ones grow up and go through all those stages. I suppose it helps having others little ones around while I put adding another to our family on hold for another year.
