Today's Featured Biography
Princess Young Harshman
I am married to Chad Harshman, we have been together since the end of our senior year. We have 2 beautiful girls, Samantha and Sarah. We lived around home for several years after graduation.
In 1999 we moved "up north" and continue to live here. We are in Park Rapids were we own and operate 2 Group Homes for individuals with mental health needs and developmental disabilities.
We stay busy with running with our girls. School, sports, friends and family and various activities that life throws our way. We try to have an active role as much as possible and so that takes much of our time away as well. I love being mom and raising sisters is a true blessing to me. (Since I didn't have one of my own)
I have worked in the mental health & developmental disability field for the past 13 years and absolutely love what I do. I am thrilled to own my own business now and value learning new things all of the time.
I enjoy so many things...nature is probably #1 for me. Being outdoors, camping, hiking, gardening, taking pictures, fishing, hunting and site seeing. I enjoy reading, writing, doing projects with my girls, movies, arts & crafts, scrapbooking, making cards and having lazy days. I love to bake, cook and trying new recipes or perfecting old ones. Time with friends and family is something I striving to accomplish more often. Most of all I enjoy life and try to stay focused on what is real and important to me.
