MARK SPROUT
Well where do I start....Hey everyone! Bounced all over after graduation from Frostburg to DC to Rochester, NY to New Orleans to Memphis...hell I even lived in Knob Noster MO. for a summer in there. In and out of schools and jobs over 15 years or so and after a BS and two MFA's, landed at FedEx Technical Head Quarters outside of Memphis, TN and have been here now for 12 years. I'm married to a beautiful Cajun sweetheart for 12 years, LuElla (Lu) and we have two kids, Destiny and Conner. We don't get home to RS as much as we'd like too but mom and dad keep me up to date on all your kids every time they run into one of you at all the soccer games and stuff where all your kids now. Destiny is a Jr. at Olive Branch High School; it's a great school, 6A class. She is on the Color Guard squad which wins 8 out of 10 competitions, other than that she's a 17 year old girl with all the knowledge of the world cause we dumb, yeah, you know the rest....I love her still... Conner is in 6th grade and has given up football for Taekwondo. He love’s it and he has done very well also with several tournament wins in both patterns and sparing. He love's making and painting his metal soldiers, loves all about war and battles. Lu and I volunteer for just about everything; Football Boosters, Band Boosters, Youth Football board members, Taekwondo tournament organizers, you name it and we pretty much help out where we can. I still love my art and have designed several t-shirts and hoodies for all these groups and still going. We stay incredibly busy with all the Kid’s stuff but we love it. When I do find spare time I build furniture; Adirondack chairs are my specialty. If I do say so myself; no one builds a better chair, but that's just me. I also do cabinets and built-in-bookcases and other furniture pieces as well. I tell Lu, as long as I'm making sawdust she knows where I am and that pretty much keeps me out of trouble. Things are what they are, we all go to work, and love the families we have and live for another day. So life is good, I hope all of you are living well too, take care, Sprouty
