Today's Featured Biography
Jennifer Cote Nance
My husband, Joe, and I have been married for 7 years and we have a 5 year old daughter Alexandria and a 1 year old daughter, Lily, who we just recently adopted from China.
Joe is in the Air Force, so life has been exciting. We have lived in Alexandria, VA (which is where we got our daughter's name from), the San Francisco Bay area for 4 years, Dayton, OH for a year, and now we are back in the DC area where we just bought a home in Ashburn, VA.
I graduated in 1993 from Hartwick College, and then worked in Boston for a number of years. I went back to Northeastern University to get my Masters in Accounting/MBA, and I am now a CPA/Analyst working part time (from home!) for AvalonBay Commuities, a property management company. I have been with them for 7 years - I went from VA to CA to OH and back to VA working for them.
I was back in North Adams for Christmas last year, and it will probably be a while before I get back. My parents no longer live there, so it is especially difficult to make it "home".
I still keep in touch with a number of folks from high school, and would love to reconnect with even more old friends. I have really enjoyed reading about what everyone is up to these days! Cheers!
