Today's Featured Biography
Bob Dohr
After graduation from RLHS, went on to WIU and managed to have a "good" time and only finished one year. Started working in 1971 and haven't stopped until now. 18 years in one place, 17 years in another, and then almost 2 at my last job. All these jobs in the manufacturing field either as a machinist, engineer, or programmer. Let go from my job in March and now, umployment.
Got married to a wonderful, beautiful girl, Peggy Johnson of Round Lake Park, had (4) lovely, smart kids who have made me proud and a grandfather to (3) wonderful boys.
Did a lot of backpacking over the years to many beautiful places. I still do trips even though both hips have been replaced over the last 3 years. This summer (2009), Yosemite N.P., Yellowstone N.P., or Zion N.P. for dayhikes.
No hair left on my head but that's the way everyone is nowadays isn't it???
One of these days we'll relocate to Moab Utah which is my most favorite place on this earth. (Plus being that it's in Utah, I can get (3) or (4) more wives! NOT!!)
I really wish I could go back to 1967 - 1971. Some of the great years of my life with some really great people. It would be great to hear from anyone interested in emailing me.
