We have lots of ideas for making our 50th great! Please message us with your ideas! Keep updating your personal information in classreport.org. Start finding your friends that you want to see at 50th and start encouraging them to attend. Next event is yearly picnics at the park, to keep the fun going. It will be the Friday or Saturday after Labor Day! September 11th or 12th, 2020! You locals, hope you can make it!! So many of us live in the treasure valley and have not attended. Just ask Erica Irminger, Willie Bennett and Cheryl Barrett how much fun it was!! |

Today's Featured Biography
Heidi Smith
I earned a BS in Animal Science and Veterinary Science at U of I, and went on to earn a DVM from the College of Veterinary Medicine at WSU in 1981. I practiced veterinary medicine for 19 years.
I've since switched careers; I went into the ministry, and began serving Salmon First Presbyterian Church in Salmon, Idaho in 2005, first as a commissioned lay pastor, and then was ordained as a pastor after completing my MDiv through a distance program at Dubuque Theological Seminary in 2012. I continued to serve Salmon FPC until December of 2013; I am currently doing pulpit supply in SW Idaho.
I'm still writing--and have authored one children's book, THIRTY PIECES OF GOLD, published by Tate Publishing.
I've stayed active in endurance riding through the years; I'm a little bit short of my career 7000 miles (still hope to at least attain that milestone), and had the privilege of serving as head veterinarian for over 300 AERC events through the years, as well as working as a team vet for a few international events. I also managed multiple endurance events for several years, including a Pan-American Championship in Bend, Oregon, in 1997. I've served multiple terms as a director of both American Endurance Ride Conference and Pacific Northwest Endurance Riders.
I remarried in 2013, and have two wonderful stepchildren--Emma (16) and James (11). They have introduced me to softball and baseball. James also keeps me young as I help to coach his 5th/6th grade football team!
...and yes, I still raise horses!
