Today's Featured Biography
Gretchen Schipper Anderson
Wow, where did 30 years go! I have been married for 26 years to Tim, who is working on his 20th year as a captain for the Sioux Falls Fire Dept. Our oldest son Brian graduated from USD last year, and is working full time as an assistant manager for HyVee in Sioux Falls. Brad is starting his freshmen year at SDSU, Brookings, majoring in business. We started having that empty nest feeling, since our boys grew up, so we had to get another dog, something else to pamper, a new Sheltie puppy. Also we have Misty who is 15 years old. As for me, I have been working for about 15 years in different areas in the school systems, the first nine in Sioux Falls. Presently I work in the special services dept. as an educational assistant in the Brandon schools. I help either in the resource room or one on one with children with disabilities, mostly in elementary. I have never been to far away from Inwood. We have lived in Canton, Sioux Falls, and now Brandon. I enjoy reading all the bios.
Update 2010: Our youngest son Brad got married to Tiffany Blades May 1, 2010.
