Went to work for GMAC in 1957 and met my husband there, we married in October, 1964. Moved to Orlando in 1966 and our daughter was born there in 1968. In 1972, my husband was transferred to the General Motors plant in Buenos Aires, Argentina and we spent the next 12 years living in Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Uruguay, San Juan, Puerto Rico, Recife, Brazil and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Returned to the mountains of North Carolina in 1984 and resided there until returning to Florida in 1996. We love it back in Florida and love Hobe Sound. Our only grandchild, Ethan, was born in September, 2005 and is the joy of our lives. They live in Atlanta and we get up there as often as possible.
