Reunion Sponsorship

Sponsorship opportunities are available to help off-set the cost of the reunion and to provide our alumni with the best reunion possible while keeping ticket prices affordable to all who wish to attend.

Your sponsorship funds will go to extra costs we will incur such as decorations, entertainment, prizes, etc. If there is something specific related to the reunion you would like to sponsor, please contact Lynn Carlsen at [email protected] and she will assist you with your request. Today's Featured Biography

Edward Preston

Upon Graduation Ed enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and was a veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Upon leaving active duty, he began his civilian law enforcement career with the New Bern Police Department (NC), where he worked in all divisions of the department rising through the ranks to become the Deputy Chief of Police. In March of 2011, he retired from the New Bern Police Department and traveled West Virginia where he was appointed Chief of Police for the Morgantown Police Department. Ed has attended Craven Community College, Liberty University and earned a Bachelor of Criminal Justice Administration Degree from Mount Olive College before being awarded his Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School.

Currently he serves as the Chief of Police for the Morgantown Police Department and is the Law Enforcement Committee Co-Chairman of the U.S. Attorney’s Office Anti-Addiction Action Plan for North Central WV. He was the former Vice President of the Eastern Carolina Law Enforcement Executives Association and past President of the Mountaineer Civitan Club. He is currently a member of the WV Chief’s of Police Association, International Chief’s of Police Association and the Police Executive Research Forum.
