Thanks to the Committee for the great Committee Photo from the Meeting on 11.15. I love seeing both the old (Yearbook) and the new pictures. Seeing the pictures ties me more closely to the whole thing - the memories and the planned reunion. What a great group of people - both the Committee and Our Class. Nice work.

Hello Everyone,

I am happy to hear about this reunion and the web site. Thanks to Pat Keren Manning, Steve Miller, Robert (Bobby) Shoyer Courtland, Janet Jackson Moore and Steve Cowan and to whomever else was looking for me and to those who set up the whole thing.

I went to Penn State for 2 years and then transferred to GW where I received a BA in Pol.Sci. and a J.D. During law school I married Donna Beach (Coolidge '61).

After law school I moved to Colorado where I practiced law for 20 years. Donna and I divorced in 1973 with no children. She has remarried and lived in CO and CA and now is in FL.

I moved from CO to FL to assist with caring for my dad in 1989. I realized when I did that I would probably not practice law again. I had no interest in being admitted or practicing in FL. After my dad passed I wanted to leave FL but stayed because I had met Lynn, to whom I am now married. I finally got Lynn to leave FL in 2001. We are in Minneapolis now where she had some previous roots. She is an attorney. We are looking forward to a time when we will leave MN and move to someplace warmer.

I still do things I did when I was a kid. I ride a bike, including on long, self-supported tours and I like to use digital cameras. I listen to Modern Jazz Quartet, the old R&B and other jazz. I backpack and tent camp when I find the time and I take walks or hikes when I can.

I don't have any kids but Lynn's sister lives close and she has 3. I miss DC and CO and trial work but that was another time and place and I am happy where I am now.

Sometimes when I am biking or walking I think of old times and Wilson and people from back then. It is fascinating to read the bios here. Although I didn't do anything noteworthy or imaginative many of you did and I am proud to have been (and be) a part of this group. Going to those specific DC public schools - Murch, Deal and Wilson had an enormous influence on who I am. I am grateful to everyone who was part of that shared experience. Thank you all.
