Hi all. I'll flesh this out more later; just getting registered for now. Basically, though, I live in the Boulder/Denver area (pretty much right between the two, 15 minutes from both) with my beautiful & sweet wife Irina and our two fantastic boys, and I work as a systems engineer for a wireless technology company called Qualcomm.
I've really enjoyed checking out the profiles and photos, etc. Congratulations to everyone for the many cool things I've read about, be they in the domain of family, profession, both or otherwise. And I hope this doesn't come across as insensitive or trivializing, but I want to offer my sincere condolences to those who have suffered the loss of loved ones - particularly children. I was saddened to read that some of you had gone through that, and my heart goes out to you.
Well, I'm lame and don't currently have pics posted on a "proper" hosting site ("except for your basses", my wife would say - I seem to have a part-time job buying and selling bass guitars, so the online pics come in handy for "marketing" purposes). But we do at least have a family myspace profile, with a slideshow that includes some pretty recent pics, so please feel free to check that out ( http://www.myspace.com/lucidus_intendo ). Maybe one day soon we'll muster the will to go through the 3,346,697 pictures we have (owing to the advent of the digital camera - I'm sure you can relate), and do the picasa or photobucket thing.
