Today's Featured Biography
Nikki Moser Johnson
Born in Idaho, Nikki moved to Anchorage in 1970, attended Wendler Jr. High, East Anchorage High School, graduating with Honors. She attended Brigham Young University for 1 semester and then returned to Anchorage to begin a career in the Mortgage Banking and Real Estate Industry.
Nikki moved to Portland, OR in 1979 and worked as Loan Closer and a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Media Buy at a Design Studio. She also started and managed a band called Nikki Dee and the Sweet Potato Band, which she continued to manage and perform in until 1984.
She worked at a Loan Servicing Officer at First National from 1982 until 1988 and then sold real estate until 1994. During this time, she served on the Advisory Board for the Prince William Sound Community College since she owned a home in Tazlina, AK and also in Anchorage, AK.
Nikki moved to Missoula, MT and attended University of Montana for 3 full years majoring in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. Nikki returned to Anchorage in 2004, and worked as an Administrative Assistant, a Student Aid Officer and Bursar at Career Academy, and a Foreclosure Auditor for a local law firm.
Nikki started Nikki Dee's B&B through Airbnb in 2018 and continues to enjoy Superhost status with Airbnb to the present time. Nikki began attending University of Alaska majoring in Political Science in 2023 and continues to pursue her degree. She is a straight A student and joined an honors Sorority, Phi Theta Cappa. She is a member of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Alaska World Affairs Council, a member of the ACLU, and supports NAACP.
Nikki continues to be married to Arthur and now has 3 grandchildren.
