Today's Featured Biography
Fred Yeomans
Went to UNB after High School - studied math/physics. Grad school at University of Victoria. Got bored with science and went out to make money - lived and worked for many years in Ottawa and Calgary on things ranging from remote sensing to flying satellites to big military projects. Moved back to Moncton in 1999 to work with a startup which was successful. Still very active in the tech/startup scene in the maritimes - never know, one of these times I might strike it rich!
I married Lori Foster (RHS'82) in 1985, so we are coming up on our 30th anniversary next year. We have three kids - one living and working Fredericton, one in Edmonton, and the youngest nearing the end of university.
Still like doing most of the same things I did 30 years ago - playing guitar and piano, riding my motorcycle, and doing math and physics for fun.
