GREAT REUNION!
Most of us are just calling it a party because that's how it felt! Nonstop laughing, hugging, dancing and sharing memories. What were we thinking that the party would end at 11:00?! Looks

Today's Featured Biography
Carol Snider Phillips
Bonjour!
I have enjoyed reading everyone’s bio that I am shamed into updating my profile. It’s really been fun to catch up on the latest.
Well “perpetual vacation” is really a lie, but it sounds nice. Over the years, I have learned that no matter where one lives and how nice the scenery, the same tasks seem to follow. I could be living on Mars and I would still be taking care of bills, filling out insurance forms, caring for pets (the 4 legged kind), meal planning, grocery shopping, etc. Some things never change.
After high school, I went to the University of Arizona, got married in San Diego and had our daughter in New Orleans. I actually had a paying job at one time (systems engineer for EDS), but after our 3rd move, I decided to retire. I am now a full-time, traditional housewife and mother. There, I said it! Upsides are flexible schedule, vacation time and travel benefits are great, downside is that eventually, I will have to decide what I want to be when I grow up. Jim has worked in the oil industry, since we married (1984), which means we move every 4 years or so. Besides the 3 mentioned above, we have also lived in Bakersfield (saw Theresa Vondra lots!), Houston twice, Pakistan, Oman and now Switzerland. We have lived here for almost a year and I find it to be one of the hardest transitions. Could it be because I’m older and crankier??? Or, because there’s no ice for my margaritas??? It is a beautiful country and we really enjoy all the skiing. We hope to do lots of touring this summer and explore the German and Italian regions of the country.
Je vous souhaite une excellente réunion! Santé a tous!
