Today's Featured Biography
Dawn Heibel Helt
David and I have been married for over 20 years. We live in Waunakee across the street from the Waunakee High School football field which made going to Nicholas and Jeremy's football games and Melissa's soccer games very convenient!
David works at Village Mobil in Waunakee as the Convenience store manager so if you stop in there say "hi" to him.
Melissa (20) will be a junior at UW Oshkosh this fall, she will declare a major this fall, most likely in education. She studied in Europe this last semester and visited France, England, Scotland, Germany and Italy.
Nicholas (17, almost 18, turns 18 on my birthday July 18th along with his twin brother)
Nick will be attending MATC this fall, hopefully in the welding program which he is on a waiting list. He kept us busy during the middle school and high school years with wrestling and football.
Jeremy (17, almost 18, turns 18 on my birthday, July 18th along with his twin brother)
Jeremy will be attending MATC this fall in the Criminal Justice Program, wants to become a police officer. He also kept us busy during the middle school and high schools years with wrestling and football.
Natalie (almost 16) will be a junior at Waunakee High School this fall. If she could have it her way, we would own a zoo, or live on a farm with many animals. We have two cats, an ex-racing greyhound which she adopted herself, tropical and fresh water fish, and three adopted albino rats (not really my favorite pet). She hopes to be a Veterinarian, Vet Assistant, Police Canine Trainer. If you need a dogsitter, call her, she loves dogs! She even found a stray dog which we kept over a weekend until we found it's owners.
I am working part time at Schoenstatt Heights in Madison on Cottage Grove Road where there is a beautiful Shrine/Chapel and retreat center. I also have a few other cleaning jobs in the area which must fit in with our family schedule otherwise I don't take them.
I have definitely changed over the years, thanks be to God!
