Today's Featured Biography
Esperanza Flores Ferguson
Wow can't believe it has been fifty years since we graduate. After graduation, I moved to San Antonio and went to business college. I graduated with a diploma in secretarial training and accounting. While in college I met my husband and we married shortly after.
In 1975 we moved to San Diego, Califorina and I decided to go back to school. I went to San Diego Community College and San Diego State where i got my degree in data processing. After graduation I worked years in data processing.
In 1983 i moved back to Uvalde because of my father's health. He past away two months later.
In 1993, my husband and i divorced and I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. I worked two different hospital there.
Then I went to work for Quest Diagnostics where I worked in the Cytology department for 15 years. I retired from Quest in 2007.
In 2009 I moved back to Texas. I now live in Austin. I love it here.
I have six wonderful sons. Two live in Las Vegas, Nv, two live in San Antonio,Tx, one in Colorado and one in Austin.
As you can see, i tend to travel quite a bit to see my grandchildren whom I adore. I also have a great grand-daughter that was born in October of 2011.
I am trying to make it to the reunion at least for one day if possible. I would really enjoy seeing everyone again.
If for some reason I don't make it. Enjoy and keep in touch.
