Hey Everybody,

Man, lot's of water has gone under the bridge since the class of '70. I am currently in Nebraska, working for a construction management firm as a Superintendent. My current project is the renovation of a science building at the University of Nebraska. We are also building an addition to include a planetarium. I am getting married March 27th. I have a son from a previous marriage who is 35 and works for Microsoft as a 3D animator. My first grandbaby was born Dec. 24, '08. I am keeping my ears and eyes open for the next reunion for the class of '70. I have missed every one until now, mostly because I was not aware or notified of any events regarding our class. I promise it won't happen again, if I have anything to say about it. I hope all is well with everyone.
Now for the details of my story.........After I graduated in 1970, 7 days later, I went into the USMC. I was in the Marine Corps Reserves for 6years. I attended Arlington Baptist College while I did my stint in the service. I met my first 2 wives at the college and my first wife bore my only child. I have been married 4 times and the 4th time is definately charm.

After college, I worked as a youth pastor/music director for about 8 years. I moved to Pennsylvania in 1983 and lived in the Philly area for 21 years. I pursued a career in country music and gave myself 3 years to make it. I made it in 2.5 years. I attracted some investors who financed my endeavors but ended up backing out when Nashville told them it would cost $500,000.00. My wife at that time gave me the ultimatum so I chose her and left the music. She ended up leaving me anyway; for another woman no less.

I licked my wounds and started an industrial painting business in New Jersey and my client base included DuPont, Bristol- Myers, Squibb and others. I sold my business and moved back to Texas in 2004 and went to work for the 3rd largest construction management company in the world, Skanska USA Building. I love this business and plan to retire in about 10 more years.

I now reside in Norfolk, NE where I shall retire and most likely die here. I do miss my old classmates and want to see them before it is too late. I hope all will come to the 40 year reunion.
