Seeing everyone's pictures from '76 and today brings back a flood of memories. It's funny though, that I don't feel almost 50...I think having twins has kept me young and on my toes.

After Caprock, I spent two years at AC, then went on to Texas A&M, graduating in 1980 with a degree in Accounting. Yes, I'm an Aggie and have loved everything about A&M. We had a young man here locally who was killed in the Bonfire collapse a few years ago. I was honored to be one of the twelve alumni to light candles at his memorial service, one for each of the students who died. I did not know him, but it was incredibly moving to see all the Aggies there at the church, to remember and to honor his life.

I spent several years in Dallas working in public accounting & real estate accounting with Trammell Crow Co before I moved to St. Louis with the company in 1987. It was there that I met my bride, Chris, through a mutual friend I had met at AC. She gave me Chris' phone number in St. Louis, we talked on the phone, and went on a blind date the next week. We were engaged 5 months later and now have been married for almost 19 fun-filled years. Since Chris' biological clock was ticking loudly, we decided to start a family, and in June 1992 the boys were born, and it's been non-stop ever since.

We are blessed with these two wonderful & incredible boys, Sean & Adam. They are now juniors at Collierville HS, where they both are taking honors classes, in the German Club, Knowledge Bowl, tennis & track. They're also both Life Scouts and working on their Eagles, hopefully finishing before they graduate. Adam plays flute & piano and loves classical music, and this year he has joined the Germantown Youth Symphony. Sean also plays piano, but his musical tastes run toward Seether, Disturbed & Incubus. We have dueling Napster sessions every night, with Sean usually winning out until Adam cranks up his Pavarotti!! (Oddly, I like both their musical tastes!!)

Chris is a nurse and now a director of nursing systems at Baptist Memorial Hospital (where Elvis died!). I got downsized in '05 after a long career with Trammell Crow Co, and ventured out with a residential cleaning business that same year. I could say that I own it, but truth is it owns me most days.

I ran long distances for several years, doing a marathon a year for 10 years, until my knees started to shout at me. Now, I bike and do yoga to chill out, but I'm wanting to start running again to get this added weight off. The boys & I love camping & backpacking and whitewater rafting whenever we get the chance.

Both Mom & Dad have passed away, Dad in 1988 and Mom in 2002, and my brother Mike was killed in a motorcycle accident in 1985, so I don't get back to Amarillo very often. But this reunion sounds like the perfect opportunity for everyone to get reacquainted. Thanks to everyone for all the time & energy in putting it together!!
