Carol Crawford Watson

Carol’s Bio: After HHS I spend two years traveling all through Europe, then returned to the Univ. of Tenn for two years before marrying Jim in 1966. We had three boys and now six grandkids. Two of our sons live
within 15 minutes of our house in Navarre, Fl on the beautiful Gulf Coast. Navarre is halfway between Pensacola and Ft. Walton Beach. One son is an airline captain based out of Atlanta and the other is a PA
for a team of cardiolgists in Pensacola at Baptist Hospital. Our third son is in San Diego where he is the San Diego District Manager for Chase Bank Finance. So we go to San Diego about three times a year. My husband was an Air Force pilot for 21 years and an airline pilot for 15 years. He is now retired. Since we've been married for 41 years we have lived in California, Utah, Kansas, Texas, Arkansas, back to Texas, Back to Little Rock, Cincinnati for 10 years and finally retired in Navarre. We love to travel, have been on over 32 cruises, never less than a week, and one 30 day cruise from LA to Sydney, stopping at all the islands in the South Pacific. Also been on 5 trans-atlantic cruises and spend over two weeks touring throughout China. The rest of the time we chase grandkids who come over about every other day. We survived five hurricanes since we've lived here in Florida, with Ivan being the worse. We are use to boarding up the house and leaving till the Hurricanes pass, but luckily no major damage except to the screen enclosure around the pool, which we replaced three times. I have been active in all kinds of organizations throughout the years, from cub scout leader to coaching a boys 13 year old baseball team when the Air Force called my husband to fly overseas to being President of the Officers Wife Club and the Emerald Coast Womans Club to being very active in the church, and many more of these types activities as well as being very active in the boys schools, getting them all
through college, two at Univ. of Kentucky and on from the Univ. of Arizona. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion. Our next trip is to Africa for a month in the fall.
