It’s was our 55th Year Reunion, August 11, 2018. A lot has happened to all of us through the years, college, marriage, divorce, babies, job changes, moving, travel, sickness, good health, laughter, sadness and good times!
This was a night to remember the “Way We Were” in 1959 when we started Hillsboro. The 5’O Clock Hop and American Bandstand were on TV. Fraternities and Sororities were rushing, Nic Varallo’s Drive-In was packed every weekend. Dances at the Chicken Coup on Highway 70, Willow Plunge in Franklin and Donelson Teen Town were going strong.
In 1963 we all went our separate ways, some to college, some to war, some to work, some moved away, and some stayed home. In all, what a lifetime of memories… Set your calendar for our 60th in August 2023…hopefully? Bill

Moved back to Nashville area in July 2018!
My wife and I enjoyed the 55th HHS reunion in 2018 and I was surprised many of my classmates remembered me despite my only being there during our freshman year, 1959-60. I also attended Parmer School for 7th and 8th grades when I lived across the street from the Belle Mead Mansion.
I am looking forward to seeing my classmates again during the 60th HHS reunion.
In case you might be interested I had many interesting cases while I was in law enforcement for 31 years. If any of you are interested criminal cases, I was recently featured in Season Twelve of Small Town Dicks. Just go to smalltowndicks.com and then select Season 12. You can hear me and others talk about the case called The Weight, which is on episodes 11 and 12 of Season 12. It's about the murder of a single Carmel CA woman.
After a hung jury in 1983, the case went cold for 40 years until DNA showed that the man I originally arrested was the right man.
You can also find me on Season 10 in episode 5, called Tourist Season. It's about a murder of a man and the sexual assault of a woman which happened in the Big Sur area of California in 1979. The case went cold until 1984.
I'm also on Episode 11 of Season 10. This episode is called "Out of Reach," where I talk about the murder by baseball bat of a single Carmel CA mother by her ex-husband, a professor at the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey CA. The case went cold after the death of the suspect, but it is believed he faked his death.

Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
