It’s was our 55th Year Reunion, August 11, 2018. A lot has happened to all of us through the years, college, marriage, divorce, babies, job changes, moving, travel, sickness, good health, laughter, sadness and good times!
This was a night to remember the “Way We Were” in 1959 when we started Hillsboro. The 5’O Clock Hop and American Bandstand were on TV. Fraternities and Sororities were rushing, Nic Varallo’s Drive-In was packed every weekend. Dances at the Chicken Coup on Highway 70, Willow Plunge in Franklin and Donelson Teen Town were going strong.
In 1963 we all went our separate ways, some to college, some to war, some to work, some moved away, and some stayed home. In all, what a lifetime of memories… Set your calendar for our 60th in August 2023…hopefully? Bill

Henni Cohen
Henni�s Bio: After graduating from Northwestern University in 1967 with a BA in Art History and Design, I lived and worked in Washington, DC, for 1 year, before moving to Berkeley, CA. Since then, I have pursued
several different careers, all in California. I have worked as an interior designer, production potter with my own studio, lawyer (tax, employee benefits, and estate planning) (I graduated from University of California,
Boalt Hall School of Law 1980), and volunteer in local schools and City of Mill Valley, CA, organizations. I served on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations, serving as President of three, including the Berkeley Law Foundation, Mill Valley Library, and Mill Valley Library Foundation. Currently, I continue most of the activities I have been doing for the past 12 years in Napa, creating a native plant garden in the rocky (vine-loving) clay soils of wine country, hiking, continuing as president of the local chapter of the CA Native Plant Society, and traveling more to see the world with trips to such places as Europe, Czech Republic, Austria, Canada and who knows where else! I am married to Lee Trucker, a retired attorney in San Francisco. We have one child, Elayna, who graduated from University of Puget Sound in December 2008. Brother Bill (San Jose, CA), and brother Henry (Somerset, NJ), are both well and busy. With great sadness, I must report that my sister Maggie died in February 2022.
