ABOUT THIS WEBSITE:
Felix Inglis is the webmaster of this website. He is a member of the Tyner High School graduating class of 1961. He is attempting to reproduce Bob Epperson's original class website last updated by Bob on October 13, 2013. Felix has added a few extra features to the website. Bob supplied a CD disk of his original website and is due a great deal thanks for his efforts. Felix is using the website hosting platform of classreport.org hereafter referred to as “the platform”. The platform will not allow Felix to reproduce Bob’s website in its entirety, so some concessions had to be made. Example: The platform will only allow photographs to be used in limited situations and limits the amount of storage space for the website. Bob used photos and movies of activities at different reunions some of which could not be used on this website because of platform constraints. Felix has placed some photos in Adobe Portable Documents or pdfs on this website. All clickable links on the website are designed to open in a new browser window. When you close the opened browser window you will be on the original browser window you clicked from. Most Internet links from Bob’s original website have been removed for a number of reasons.
HOW THIS WEBSITE IS DESIGNED TO FUNCTION:
At the top of each webpage, you will find a Horizontal Menue Bar with a black background and white letters providing links to different pages of the website. Some menu links are explained below.
- Home: The first or index page of this website containing many interesting features.
- Class News: The webmaster will use Class New to report information that he feels would be of interest to fellow classmates.
- Messages: Here you can carry on text conversations with fellow classmates.
- Family News: Use Family New to report interesting news about you or your classmates. Here you should include information about deceased classmates, their date of death, and a link to their obituary if possible.
- Information in Menu links: Family News, Reviews, Recipes, and Prayer Requests should be supplied by registered class members. The webmaster has the ability to Edit or Delete the information supplied.
- Click on other Menu links to see what the pages contain.
GOOD POINTS ABOUT THE PLATFORM (Website):
- The platform will show on computers, smartphones, and tablets.
- The platform should be working long after the last member of Tyner High School Class of 1961 has passed into eternity.
- COST – Felix has paid the webmaster a voluntary contribution for the use of the platform put the platform will ask you in different ways to help cover the cost of non-paying groups using the platform. This is not required but donate if you want to.
YOU MUST REGISTER TO MAKE FULL USE OF THE PLATFORM. IT'S FREE TO REGISTER AND USE!
