How can 20 years go by so fast?? Since graduating from EHS, I went to ETSU and majored in business. I met Stacy at ETSU and we got married in 1992. We lived in Georgia, near his hometown. I really wanted to move back to Tennessee, and we've basically lived in Piney since 1994.
Our daughter, Kendall, was born in June '97. Clayton, our son, was born in September '02. I decided to go back to school to get my Masters in Education. I graduated from Milligan in July 2005. I have been teaching kindergarten at Cherokee Elementary since then.
We stay busy with the kids, church, and extracurricular activities. Kendall (10) plays basketball and soccer, while Clayton (4) plays soccer and plans to play every sport possible (he thinks!). Kendall will be a 5th grader this fall at Mary Hughes. We go to church at Poplar Ridge so our children are lucky enough to have Brad Perry as their student minister. What a hoot! We love to camp in the mountains and hang out with family/friends. For those of you who don't know, Krista Hare and I married brothers so we are sisters-in-law. It really is a small world, huh?
I am excited about seeing everyone in August. THANK YOU to Kim Hatcher for organizing this function and to everyone else who has helped her.
