I have been employed at the University of Cincinnati (UCPhysicians) for 10 years as a surgical coordinator for a Neurotologist.
After my sister, Christine, passed away in 1997, I began raising my 2 year old niece, Cassidy, who will be 12 years old on April 13th. She is a wonderful child and I have enjoyed every minute that I have had with her.
In 2002, After much undue stress, I ended my 9 year, self destructive marriage. One year later I met the greatest guy on the earth, we were married this past July and we are now expecting twins in September. We are both very excited and nervous as the twins will be the first (and last) biological children for both of us.
My husband, Denny, graduated from Georgetown College in 1987 were he played football. He stayed around Georgetown for a few more years as an assistant coach for the football team, moved on from there to coach highschool football for a few years and now coaches a 7th and 8th grade football team, which he truly enjoys. He also coached my nieces 6th grade basketball team this past year. Denny is a project engineer for the heavy highway division of Baker Concrete Construction.
I hope that I can make it to the reunion to see everyone....(Hopefully I will not be on bedrest at that point....)
UPDATE: Our twin boys were born on August 23rd, 2007. Kaden James weighed in at 4lbs, 7oz and Ty Christopher weighed in at 4lbs, 10oz. Kaden and Ty spent 6 weeks in the NICU at University Hospital but are now doing very well. We ended up having a major scare with my health as I went into heart failure 10 days after the boys were born. After 5 more days in the hospital, I am now doing much better and the boys are growing like weeds.
