I went to Villanova Univ. after PCHS and got a BS in Economics. Graduated Villanova on a Monday and married Sandy Gardiner of our class the following weekend. We returned from our honeymoon on a Saturday and the following Monday I went to work for New York Tel (now Verizon). I didn't waste much time! While with New York Tel, I got my MBA at Syracuse Univ. I retired at age 51 and we did some traveling. I wanted to play lots of golf, so I went just up the street to Griffith E. Harris Golf Club (you may remember it by its prior name, Bruce Memorial Golf Course) and took a part-time job as a Ranger/Starter at minimum wage! They soon found out what I could do and I ended up running the golf course. During all of this, we had two lovely daughters and now have four terrific grandchildren. P.S.-Somehow? Ron Brown and Joe Bellofatto of our class also came to work at the golf course part-time and we play lots of golf. In fact, Ron and I are the two-man Club Champions for 2010 (our third time). Not bad for two "not-so-old" guys!
