Marcela Mendez Ramirez

After High School I returned to Mexico where I studied Architecture. I began working with a very large Constructing Company, building or rebuilding many sites that were damaged after a very strong earthquake in 1985. After that I worked designing settings for commercial television, one thing lead to another, and I started to work in Television and radio production for twelve years, it was a very intense and interesting time in my life because I never thought I would end up working in something so different to my career. I ended my days in Television when I got pregnant, I was forty at the time and the intense labor hours were not good for my baby. I’m a single mom of a seven year old boy and know I have returned to architecture and engineering, designing houses, clinics, stores and mainly Interior design for Casa Palacio an Interior design departamental store. By the way I am not Marcela Mendez, in Mexico we also use ours mother's last name, so may name is Marcela Ramirez (my dad's last name) Mendez (my mom's last name)
