Today's Featured Biography
Edward Tullman
I retired from the US Air Force as a Lt Col with 26yrs active-duty service as a B-52 Navigator/Electronic Warfare Officer (2,000 flying hrs). Blessed with all great assignments and people that I have met and worked with along the way. I last worked as a Civil Service employee at the Air and Space Operations Center-Nellis AFB, near Las Vegas, NV where I instructed pilots and crewmembers from other services and countries on air combat tactics that are continually being refined to keep our country safe. Those were some scary times we experienced during Vietnam and the Cold War days and I got to experience some of that sitting on nuclear alert with my B-52 squadron at Griffiss AFB, NY (1977-1982).
My wife, Maureen, is originally from Roselle and we have three grown children, Danielle, Jen, and Edward. Danielle and Jennifer have their PhDs in engineering, and son, Edward is a chemist. I have two grandsons, Peter, and Wesley, and three granddaughters, Allison, Leila, and Juliard.
I fully retired in 2018.
I now enjoy fishing, hunting and sailing my 26ft boat on Lake Mead, and taking vacations to Hawaii.
