All is well in the Hahn house here in sunny Arizona! With the 110+ temperatures of our extreme summers coming to a close we are welcoming our beautiful winters!
Gary and I are doing well, happily married 28+ years and now enjoying being "emptynesters"…
Our oldest Kirsten(27) lives, works & attends ASU in Tempe just a few miles from us…Soon to complete her BioChemistry degree and work in environmental chemisty/research. Our son Gary (23) is stationed with the United States Marines @ Camp Pendleton,Ca. He is currently scheduled to be deployed to Afghanistan in March'09. (whether they are in their two's or twenties...we worry & pray for their happiness and safety!) Both of them are pretty independent and focused on careers and plan to keep us waiting for marriages & grandkids!! We thoroughly enjoyed their childhoods and are extremely proud of the adults they've become!
Gary works for the State of Arizona Forestry Dept. and other than his long commute to Phx. Likes his job. I am still with Labcorp. Although our main Lab is located in Phoenix, I'm contracted out to a local OB/Gyn office 8/10ths of a mile from my front door. No commute, a great staff to work with & little stress....I have no plans to leave anytime soon!
Although I won't be making the trip to NJ for the reunion I wish you & your love ones continued success and happiness within your homes.
