Today's Featured Biography
Vicki Williams Tingle
I married Scott Williams in May of '79, graduated '79, had first child in Aug.of '79. I had my first daughter in '80 in Pensacola Florida, second daughter in '82 in Pensacola FLorida and my fourth child, a son, in '84 in Portsmouth Virginia. Have been married twice and am now currently engaged to a wonderful man I met last year (04). I am currently living in Milton Florida and travel when I can with my fiance who escorts oversize loads all over the country. My oldest son is recently married to a girl in the Navy. My oldest daughter is recently engaged to a guy in the Navy. Scott , their dad, was in the Navy, see a pattern??? lol... My youngest daughter is a manager at a McDonald's in VA and is going to school studying forensic science and is in the top 10% of her class. My youngest son just got his captains license and stays busy towing boats that have been damaged, etc. and lives in Pensacola Florida.
I was diagnosed with cancer, small cell carcinoma, in '95 and given a 10 % chance of living. With chemo, family support, and prayers from friends and relatives, I made a complete recovery. I had it in my right lung, lymph nodes and the right side of my brain. To this day, there is no sign I ever had cancer and I remain in total remission.
That is all I can think to write right now. If I think of anything else of interest, I will return and finish.
Life is good and remember, keep smiling...
