Today's Featured Biography
Mike Rheault
After High School I was not sure what to go into for a career. I went to work for Moorhead Electric, after a year decided the electrical field is what I wanted to continue in, so went to Wahpeton State School of Science. During this time and after graduation I was back working for Moorhead El. I was there for 17 years and then in 1993 I went to work for Otter Tail Power Company in their Hoot Lake Power Plant in Fergus Falls, MN. I work as the Electrical & Instrumentation Foreman and have enjoyed going to the same place everyday unlike construction where you never know where the next job will be.
Linda and I married in 1984 and our daughter Laura was born in 1986. Over the years hunting and fishing are still my favorite past times with golf, hockey and other sports to keep me active. I have enjoyed coaching in baseball, softball, soccer and hockey youth programs, but hockey is still my favorite. Laura played hockey from 5th grade through graduation in 2005. I have also stepped away and became more of a spectator. (You know we’re not as young as we use to be!!!!!!!) I am also active in our church council and outdoor organizations like Pheasants Forever and the Fergus Falls Fish and Game Club. There never seems to be a dull moment but at lease it keeps me from thinking about all the bodies’ aches and pains!!!!!!!!
