Kyle Lassiter Pace
Wow... I'm so glad this website is being utilized by so many. I would love to keep in touch with everyone! I have lived an exciting life since high school. I have been so blessed by God with amazing opportunities, wonderful friends, and family. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1992, I got married very young as I'm sure some can relate...(now just temporarily single, and planning on getting it right the second time)! I went straight into learning everything about the real estate and building industry. I currently own a real estate company in Charlotte, NC that I started in 1996 and was able to obtain the website name www.charlottehomes.com. We help builders with starting neighborhoods, building homes, rehabbing houses, and are involved in commercial and zoning issues regarding real estate. I obtained my auctioneers license to auction off real estate back in 2001.
I won an acting competition back in 1996 for a part on a soap opera before starting the company which would have led me down a completely different path in life. I currently live on Lake Norman right outside of Charlotte in a house I designed and built. I am obsessed with the wellness industry and organic food (still eat pizza though...LOL) and anti-aging strategies. At some point I would love to start a company around this concept.
I love to travel and have been to many exciting destinations lately. I also visit my Dad at his home on the island of Bonaire to scuba dive and just live the good life, and am always thankful to come back to Wilmington to see my mother every few months! We have done a lot of investing in the Wilmington market, and Carolina Beach. I look forward to hearing from everyone I haven't seen in so long. Please email me at [email protected].
