Today's Featured Biography
Tina Tolbert Rankin
The day after graduation, I decided that I was so madly in-love with my boyfriend (David Englehart 90') that I moved in with him. That was the biggest mistake of my life. I left a beautiful home (with my parents) to live in a an efficiency apartment (with bugs and other things)in St. Charles, Missouri. Money was tight, so I took a job working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a local nursing home. In March of 1993, I married David. In July of 1993, I became pregnant with Nathaniel. A beautiful, green-eyed, brown hair boy. In September of 1993, I left David for Tennessee. We had alot of problems that we could not fix. ALOT! In March of 1994, I gave birth to a beautiful 8lb 15 oz boy which I named Nathaniel Tillman. In September of 1994, I met the love of my life...my husband Allan. I never knew anyone who was so wonderful, honest and caring as he is...to this day. Allan has showed me that men can be faithful, loving, understanding and financially secure all in one package. Allan and I became husband and wife on November 11, 1995. It was a beautiful day and a very romantic wedding. In May of 1996, I became pregnant with my second son. On February 5, 1997, I gave birth to a 9lb 15 oz son name, Samuel Blake. He has blond hair and (his Daddy's) beautiful, dark, brown eyes. In 1998, my husband adopted Nathaniel as his own son. Allan has filled the vacant position of Nathan's father since Nathan was 6 months old. Allan states that having Nathan as his son...has made him the happiest man in the world. In late 1997, my husband and I decided that I could fufill my dream of going to college. I was a SAHM before that and I thought it was time to go to college. In 2001, I recieved my Bachelors of Science from ETSU. Now in 2004, I have just recieved my Masters of Arts (Education) from Tusculum College. I am a school teacher at my local middle school. I teach a resource class for fifth and sixth grade children. I have just recently been excepted on a full scholarship at ETSU to recieve a Masters in Special Education. I will have this completed in 1 year. My husband is an engineer at a local company. My husband, sons and myself live in the mountains of Tennessee. So if you are ever in our neck of the woods, drop by and say hi. I hope you enjoyed stepping in to our lives. See you at the reunion!

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
