Personal:
• I have a passion for long distance running. In 1969 I started running, and in 1972 I participated in the half-marathon. I participated in 5K to 15K runs for many years, and in 1987/88 I attempted to qualify for the Boston Marathon. The Dallas White Rock Marathon was first, but I didn’t qualify. The time was 3 hours 36 minutes, versus 3 hours 20 minutes to qualify for Boston. Next, I tried Big Sur Marathon in California. It’s spectacular for scenery, but no luck for Boston. I tried St. George, Utah Marathon in October, 1988, and I qualified for Boston in a time of 3 hours 15 minutes.
• I had a stroke (cerebral thrombosis, for those having medical degrees) two weeks later! Right side was paralyzed and loss of speech was affected, and I was laid up for 3 months. I returned to work in January, 1989, but sadly the Boston Marathon was out.
• In 2004/05, I had a 1932 Ford pick-up restored (see picture). I had purchased it in 1986, intending someday to find someone who could rebuild it. Meanwhile, I was driving it around as a hobby, but I found someone at the 2004 Dallas AutoRama who could rebuild it. I entered in 2006 AutoRama, and was happily surprised with a Best of Class award!
• I retired in 1996, and I’m enjoying retirement very much. Traveling to Australia, entering car shows, visiting aviation museums in England, Los Angeles, Pensacola, etc. keeps me busy. Judy says that I was born to retire!

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
