Today's Featured Biography
Kristen Rude Jansen
Hi! After highschool I went to Covenant Bible College in Alberta. Canada is wonderful, so I went on to get my BA in Social Sciences in Manitoba and my MA in Marriage and Family Counseling in Saskatchewan. I took a break from counseling for awhile and worked/skiied in Bozeman Montana. I was also able to work for awhile building custom log homes. On a Boundary Waters trip I met my husband, Tom- and now we're living in and loving Duluth. When I first moved here, I worked doing mental health counseling downtown. Currently, I am working as an Aging Services Planner/ Nutrition Grants Manager for a non-profit organization. Tom and I love taking advantage of the camping, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and canoeing opportunities in the area.
