Event Announcement!
Attention RO Kimball Class of ‘65
We’ve heard that the third time is a charm. We’re hoping that’s the case with our rescheduled, rescheduled 55th (now 57th) Class Reunion.
SAVE THE DATE - Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the American Polish Cultural Center in Troy, Michigan. Details (like cost - we’re trying to keep it minimal) are in the works. It will be a family style dinner, cash bar with a DJ.
Friday, September 30th - An optional Meet ‘n Greet will be at the RO Historical Museum the night before.
Please take a moment to respond through FB Messenger or through our class email account ([email protected]) to give us an idea if you are interested in attending. Pass this information on to those you know who are not on social media. It would be very helpful if you could confirm your Email address for when we send out more information and invitations. We thank you for your help.
Look forward to seeing you in the Fall.

The highlight of my high school days was a trip to Europe with 12 classmates in the summer of my junior year. We studied German in Mayrhofen, Austria, but actually spent most of our time touring several countries on side trips! Traveling to Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and England was a thrilling experience and was the beginning of my love for travel. Two weeks into my freshman year at Oakland University, David Hart came into my life and two years later we were married. I obtained my B.A. degree in education from Oakland and then our first daughter, Karen, was born. David enlisted in the Navy and was assigned to teach physics at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. There our second daughter, Tanya, was born. After three years in the Navy, we moved to Ann Arbor, and David spent his career as an engineer at Ford, General Motors, and DaimlerChrysler. The latter blessed us with an overseas assignment in Germany in 2004, which gave us the opportunity to become immersed in the German lifestyle and also to travel to 11 countries. Our daughters also love to travel and we have spent many vacations overseas, including visits to relatives in Australia, England, Scotland, France, and Lithuania; and we have gone on mission trips to Russia and Ukraine. I have had the opportunity to teach ESL and Bible studies to international students here at the University of Michigan. On the home front, besides my duties as household engineer, I have researched different diets and now provide our family with tasty gluten-free meals. We hope to take our grandchildren, 6-year-old Michael and 4-year-old Catherine, to Europe in a few years to show them some of our favorite places. They live nearby so we see them frequently, including when their family joins us each Sunday after church for dinner. We are blessed!

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
