Managing Partner: Rich Moonblatt
Rich Moonblatt has over 25 years experience in strategic positions within the recruitment industry. He has partnered with companies in both the private and public sectors on all levels of recruitment and staffing.
Rich’s industry knowledge, strong work ethic (just ask any of his clients), organizational skills, and focus on integrity, confidentiality, and strong personal relationships are the key attributes that have enabled him to be successful in the industry.
Rich believes that the industry landscape is always changing, and that well-managed companies require talented leaders who can successfully manage change in order to gain new sales, improve operations, and drive profits higher.
Rich Moonblatt is the Managing Partner of RecruitCom, a 12-year-old Executive Search firm headquartered in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining RecruitCom, Rich has been on every side of the recruitment and selection equation as he has worked extensively for the national recruitment ad agencies, media, and corporate human resources for the past 27 years. Prior to joining the Recruitment and Employee Communications industry, Rich was the Recruitment Advertising Manager at The Washington Times and a corporate recruitment practitioner with Fannie Mae and Computer Data Systems.
Rich has been an active member in the regional and national leadership of SHRM, Society for Human Resources Management. Rich was the Chairman of SHRM/EMA national Conference in Washington, DC. He has also been a national speaker on several recruitment related topics as well as published in industry magazines and periodicals.
Think of Rich as the ultimate dichotomy. He owns a pre-revolutionary War home, yet he is attracted to everything new in high technology products and services.
Rich's greatest wish is for someone to invent a high-speed, microprocessor-based electronic paint scraper to fit six inch clapboards.
At times, his play time interests are diverse and unusual, but he always remains focused on the business ball.
