50 Year Reunion Announcement!
|
Step Up and Shape the Ultimate 50th Class Reunion! |
|
Friday,
January

2027
|
Are you ready to be the mastermind behind our 50th class reunion?
We already have a dedicated team of at least four people ready to roll up their sleeves and help—what they need is a Project Manager/ Ringleader/Organizer to steer the ship.
Never planned a reunion before? Now is your chance to learn the ropes.
Didn’t attend or weren't a fan of past reunions? Here is your ultimate opportunity to build the exact celebration you’ve always wanted to see.
You Aren't Starting from Scratch
The heavy lifting of setting up the foundational infrastructure is already done! You’ll have access to:
A solid, working list of class members
An established Facebook page
A dedicated class website
Your role is simply to step in, drive the vision, and make the key decisions. Once the core details (date, venue, flow) are locked in, our communications and social media teams will effortlessly take over to spread the word and get everyone hyped.
The Vision: Everyone has an idea, and everyone has a favorite time of year. What we need now is a decisive leader who can listen, make the call, and bring it all to life.
Is this the role for you? Let’s create a milestone event our class will never forget! |

Today's Featured Biography
Michael Brown
After graduation I enlisted in the Air Force where I was stationed in Washington State and Iceland. After the 4 year hitch I transitioned to the MA Air National Guard (ANG) and simultaneously enrolled at Westfield State College where I received a BS Computer Science, minors in Mathematics and Economics. Upon graduating I accepted a commission in the ANG as an aircraft maintenance officer and accepted a software engineering position with the MITRE Corporation in the Boston area. In the evenings I pursued a MS Systems and Engineering Management at Western New England College. For about 10 years, working as a radar and radio software engineer for MITRE, I spent half of each year at various Boeing facilities in Seattle, WA. Needless to say, Seattle became my “second” home. I switched professions and finished my career at MITRE as a project manager of fiber optic network programs. I retired from the ANG in 1999 and from MITRE in 2024. My wife Bonnie has been a violinist with the Boston Symphony Orchestra for nearly 40 years and is still enjoying her job. She and I traveled the world and focused on our careers before “settling down” and starting a family. With college behind them, our boys have recently fledged the nest. Our current focus is on restoring a house in Richmond, MA (our retirement home.) We are looking forward to the slower pace of living in the heart of the Berkshires. Oh,…and go Seahawks!

Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
