Jennifer Berven

I am still in Chuckey - in NE Tennessee. I finally got married to a wonderful guy named Mike Brobeck in January of 06. To keep it simple we ran off to Negril, Jamaica and married on the cliffs by the sea, just us and 2 friends followed by an incredible Chinese New Year celebration with Peter Rowan, Ras Alan and the Lions, some members of Little Feat and a number of local musicians.

Zacharey, is now in 11th grade!! He has his drivers license. He swims, runs cross country, and is in the marching band. And he is a much better teenager than I was(of course I know all the tricks). Jerrod is now in 5th grade, and plays soccer, and loves history... and may make up for his brother's well behaved teen age manner in a few more years.

I was laid off last spring from a job in Community Development, and now run a program under a Federal Grant that assists older students and young adults with disabilities and their families understand their rights and resources that will help them transition into adulthood.

My husband is a sound technician and bartender at a legendary music listening room in Johnson City, TN called the Down Home. He also is a musician and currently plays with a band called The Feral Throes which tours periodically in the Eastern US.

Other than that not much else is new.
