After graduation I attended Wichita State and received a BA in Political Science. I worked for Pizza Hut for 2 years then moved to Dallas as an Area Manager for 7-Eleven. Spent the next 14 years managing groups of stores and left retail to go back to school and received an associates degree in Funeral Service from the Commonwealth Institute in Houston. I spent 16 years serving families in the funeral business, then sold my interest in 2013. God then called me into full time ministry for the last 8 years where I serve as Administrative Pastor and Director of Pastoral Care at Second Baptist Church just outside of Houston in Baytown, Texas.
I have been married to my wife, Judy, for 33 years; have 5 children; and 10 grandchildren.
