The Purpose For Starting This Site
This is intended to be an information gathering site unlike Facebook which is a "chat" site. My concept for this site was to create a location that gives our classmates a common place to update their contact information. If you change your last name, address, phone number, or email, please sign in here and update your contact information page. Rather than working with five year old information for contacts each time we have a reunion, I envision this site to be the "go-to" place to start planning each reunion with current contact information.
This site has many tools that make dealing with the logistics of Reunion planning much easier. We can print mailing labels, nametags (with or without photos), class lists including a list of deceased members and many more options available to the Administrator and the Assistant Administrators.

Today's Featured Biography
Steve Struchen
I was born in Cedar Rapids. My parents and I moved to Adel where we lived until 1951. We then moved to Webster City where I have lived all my life since then.
I was drafted on Valentine Day in 1968, went through basic training and was then sent to Panama where I spent 21 months guarding the Canal.
In 1972 I married Mary Christeson - who has remained my best friend since then. We have been blessed with three great sons: Jason ('75) Chris ('78) and Andy ('86) who are now all married.
I became the owner of the family business, Home Appliance & Television, in 1998 upon the death of my father. My oldest son, Jason works with me and has recently purchased the service portion of the business from me.
I have lots of projects going on all the time. Currently I am working on building a fiberglass replica of a 1952 MG TD car. We recently cut down seven pine trees on the road side of our house and have created a Gnome village out of the tree trunks. That project looks like a never ending one.
We enjoy summer camping in our 5th wheel. This includes cooking, playing hand and foot with cards, and going to the State Fair where we can buy all kinds of crap that we don’t need. We scratched off one of the items on our bucket list when we went to Puerto Rico. I got Mary, who is afraid of heights, to go on a series of zip lines through the jungle. What a rush! I still want to take a trip down the Florida Keys and to see Maine in the fall. Who knows, I may get them crossed off too.
Update 5/9/19
I have closed my business and sold the buildings to First State Bank! What a relief that was! I have constructed a 60x80 building at our house to work on my projects. I hope to have gotten it organized by our 55th reunion. A guy can dream can't he?
My health is good and I still enjoy a good joke.

Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
