Today's Featured Biography
Janis Jordan Hammar
Married John Hammar May 28, 1967. Jarod was born in May of 1969 and married Angela Blankenship from Harlem in 1991. They has blessed us with two wonderful grandchildren who live in Houston, TX. Jake is 8 and Jordan is 5. (She is very aptly named. She is so much like me it is scary! Pray for her)
Graduated in Elementary Education from Augusta College in 1971 and Masters of School Psychology from University of Georgia in 1981.
Retired as Director of Programs for Exceptional Children and Student Services in McDuffie Co. in 2007. Am currently Adjunct Instructor at Augusta Technical College.
Love being with friends and family, traveling(especially in RV), reading and learning new things. Active member of First Baptist Church. Member of Delta Kappa Gamma, Phi Delta Kappa and Georgia Retired Teachers Association.
I have such fond memories of being a member of the 1965 class. You all had an influenced my life and for that I am thankful
