Lynn Lass Jenkins

After graduation from Westside, I attended The Medical College of Georgia for the Dental Hygiene program. I started dating Steve Jenkins while still at Westside.We got married August 15th 1981.I moved to North Carolina and went to work in a private dental practice. I have now been doing this for 28 years.Steve and I were blessed with two daughters. Brenae Nicole was born in 1985. Lauren Michelle was born in 1991. Our lives have been blessed by these wonderful girls and all of their friends that have become like family. Brenae married Austin Waugh in October of 2007. She is still attending college to become an elementary education teacher. Lauren just graduated from high school and she is attending college to become a Veterinary Tech.I have enjoyed telling my girls stories of our days at Westside. The football games, young life, and all the wonderful friendships will forever be part of my memories of Westside. I think my girls enjoyed their high school experience at South Iredell High School but I don't think it began to compare to our days at Westside. Looking forward to seeing each of you. Class of 79.
