John Moser
1973- Graduated EGHS
1977- Graduated FSU School of Criminology and received Army Commission as 2nd LT.
1977-1981 Served in Army at 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, HI
1981- Resigned Regular Army Commission and transitioned to Army Reserves
1981- Employed with Richardson-Vicks INC in Los Angeles, CA. Retail Supervisor responsible for retail merchandising program for all Southern CA and Las Vegas
1982-1985- Law School, FSU College of Law. Graduated with Juris Doctorate with Honors.
1985-1991- Assistant State Attorney with Hillsborough County (Tampa) State Attorneys Office
1991-2007- Assistant Statewide Prosecutor, West Florida Bureau of the Statewide Prosecutors Office
2007- Appointed by Governor Lawton Chiles to be the first Director of Capital Collateral Regional Counsel-Middle.
2001- Started law firm of John Moser, P.A., Tampa, Fl. Closed in Sep 2011 due to recall back to active duty at U.S. Special Operations Command
2001- Immediately after 9/11 ordered back to active duty to assigned unit, United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM). One of a group of senior officers who developed an Interagency Partnership Plan (IAPP) to assist in the accomplishment of SOCOM's mission as the synchronizing Command for the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). Plan called for transfer to WDC and while in WDC, managed and spearheaded the IAPP program which embedded senior liasion officers with all government and other military agencies and departments for most effective GWOT synchronization and planning for all of our nation's instruments of national power. Eventually transitioned to Department of Justice and worked closely with traditonal agencies of security and intelligence with a core group of intelligence, security, law enforcement officials. Developed, implemented and exported programs and plans working with many foreign governments to utilize their respective instruments of indigenous national power to bring to bear their resources to deny, denigrate or destroy bad actors.
2009- Retired as COLONEL from U.S. Army
2009- Moved back to Melbourne and along with wife, Lynda, started law firm of Moser & Moser, PA, which is a firm concentrating on family law, criminal defense, immigration, and governmental and national security consulting.
