I am the mom of a special-needs daughter, and currently stay at home to take care of her. She is on an intensive program through the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential, and so most of my time consists of giving her the physical, sensory and intellectual stimulation to help her brain develop.
After graduating from Caravel, I majored in English/ Secondary Education at Salisbury University in Maryland. I taught English to 7th graders for a short time, but ended up working for a business, and my last job was in Public Relations.
I've been married for five years. I also have three dogs and two cats.
