Today's Featured Biography
William Anderson
After High School I got married to Joyce Williams in 1968. We had two kids, Heather Jo and Adam Forest Anderson. I went to work for Keebler Company in 1970, and also warked as a carpet layer on the side. I divorced Joyce in 1974.
I then married Linda Passmore in 1976. She had three kids, Mark, Kim and Renae. I was married to Linda for 16 years, and continued working at Keebler during this time. Out of this family I have 8 grandkids, Mark has 3 (Ashley, Brandon and Rhiannon), Kim has 3 (Kayla, MIchael and Ethan), Renae has 2 (Dillon and Sierra). Kayla graduated High School last year and is going to go to Front Range College in Colorado this year. She will be going to a College in San Diego sometime next year. Michael is still at home going to school and Ethan is only 4 so it will be awhile before he graduates, if they make it that long. Brandon graduated this last year from Thornton High School in Colorado. He is going to Wyoming to a Diesel Mechanic School. Rhiannon, still in high school, has a couple of years left before she will graduate. Dillon and Sierra are still in the younger stages of school, quite awhile before they will graduate.
Heather (from the first marriage) lives in Missouri and has 3 children. Brent who is in New York taking computer classes, and will be going to China to work when he is finished with school. Josh is 13 still in middle school, plays football for the Buffalo Bison football team, where he plays offensive tackle. Hoping to get to watch some of his games this year. Then we have Lydia, who is a precious 4 years old! She is starting preschool this year, and we are awfully glad because we do not know anything now. She is our youngest grandchild, and we see a lot of her -- too much to be honest with you. Don't know what we would do without her. Adam (1st marriage, 2nd child) has a girlfriend who has three kids (Danielle, Amanda and Jennifer). They are his step kids, and we do not see the kids often enough -- sometimes not at all.
When Keebler shut their doors 6 years ago, I retired with 31 years of service. I then moved to Buffalo, Missouri so I could be with my real kids. I had not seen them for many years, and I wanted to be near them for awhile. I married Sandy Halley in 2000, and she has two kids both girls (Tara Sue Lord and Karen Ann Force). They are both married. Tara is living in Reno, Nevada -- her husband who is a Cancer doctor started his practice in a Cancer Center in Reno, NV. Karen lives in Michigan where she is waiting for her husband to get out of medical school. Then they will decide where they are going. Tara lived in Michigan before they left, and she taught at the University of Michigan as a Professor where she taught languages (French, German and Spanish). She got bored so she became a lawyer.
