The 60th Birthday party is now part of the Class of 72’s history. Many people said it was one of the best parties we have had. Some people came that hadn’t been to a gathering since the 10th or 20th reunion. Classmates came from Germany, Poland, Florida, California, Arizona, Utah, North Carolina, and New Mexico. Randy Werhman was the only one to wear our school colors.
If you took any photos at the party please send them to [email protected] We will paste them all together, make a slide show to post on the Classreport.org web site.
There are some incredible people that came out of our class. Don’t forget, over 40 years ago you were looking at them through the eyes of a 17 year old with hormones going crazy… and they were looking at you the same way. Come join us at future class activities and see what and who you’ve been missing.
Short range we will try to get together for breakfast or lunch occasionally, look for the emails to those of you in the local area. If you are going to be here from out of state, let us know and we will try to coordinate something while you are here if you have time.
Our next “Big” party will be to celebrate our being eligible for Social Security at the age 62. You know us, any reason for the JFK Class of 72 to have a party.
Please keep your Classreport.org Profile current and encourage other classmate to do the same.
The John F. Kennedy High School Class of 1972 will go down in history as the best class ever!!

I have worked with McDonald's as a manager for 24 years and have lived in Lander for 18. I have 2 daughters that live in Denver, and each have given me 4 wonderful grandchildren. I have wished, in the past, that I could find a way to move back to Colorado to be with my family, but the right opportunity has never presented itself. After reaching my 60th birthday, my thoughts are that the best opportunity to be happy, is to find a way to be with my family and friends. When I attended the 40th reunion, friends I used to hang out with and party with called me James instead of Jim. That was a wake up call. The JFK class of 72 was and will always be the best graduating class in the world. We were, and always will be,the best there is. Many of our "advanced age" sit back and just remember the past. The JFK class of 72 has a great past. The present and future can even be greater. I didn't think I would be able to attend the 60 bday party, but somehow I got the gay off. I will do my best to be there and to celebrate with all of you. If any of you would like to renew old friendships, you may e-mail me at [email protected] Hope to see all of you soon.
