Today's Featured Biography
Paulette Dennis
My life has been extremely full and enjoyable for the most part. I married my high school sweetheart, Michael, in 1964...yes, married between my junior and senior year. Graduated in 1965, had my first daughter, Roxane in 1965, second daughter, Michelle, in 1968 and our son, Michael Paul, in 1970. Our children grew up into wonderful young adults, married and gave Mike and myself a total of 5 beautiful grandchildren. After 38 years of marriage, my dear husband, Mike, had a massive heart attack while we were enjoying our first vacation as "early retirees" from our jobs in 2002 and I found myself a widow at the age of 55. I returned to work shortly after Mike's death and currently job share as an Executive Secretary doing the same job as I did before my "early retirment".
As you can see, my life has been good with the exception of my loss of my dear, dear husband.
I must say, my high school experience was exciting and relatively normal, enjoying the activities and educational opportunities that most teenagers experience. My added bonus, of course, was meeting and attending school with my high school sweetheart.
