Today's Featured Biography
Sara Szczech Rollo
It has been so much fun reading what everyone is up to.
After WHS I went to college in Seattle at the University of Washington and studied psychology. After working, playing, camping and hiking around Washington, Nick and I moved to Denver in 1993 for grad school. I received my Masters of Social Work in 1995, and we had planned on moving back to Seattle the next year, but here it is, 2007, and we are still in Denver. We have loved it here, met wonderful people and have enjoyed getting our kids into the mountains! In 1999 we had our first daughter, Tessa, and in 2002 Estelle was born. I value my role as a parent, and that has been my primary focus for the past 7 years (was just working a few evenings a week as a mental health therapist). This past September I started working at The Children's Hospital as the social worker with the Cystic Fibrosis center. It is the most rewarding and interesting job I have had, but I am still working out the kinks of full time parenting and work! And, I continue to look for that balance in my life. . .
I can't wait to catch up with old friends and to see you all at the reunion!
