Today's Featured Biography
Roger Keller
The most important piece of my bio is that I married Flo Beth Lindsay in 1967. From that we received the three children noted above. Beyond that my life has been a bit checkered. I finished a vocal music degree at CU in 1968, having previously served as a Russian linguist in the US Army. After CU we went to Princeton Theological Seminary where I received a Master's of Divinity degree and was then ordained to the Presbyterian ministry. From Princeton we went to Duke University where I received a Ph.D. in biblical studies and 20th century Christian theology. After Duke, I have served parishes as a pastor, been a college chaplain, taught at the college level, served as Administrative Vice President of two colleges, and served as a professor of world religions at Brigham Young University. I also directed the graduate program for prospective military chaplains, have served twice as a Latter-day Saint bishop, and was the mayor of Wallsburg, UT for 10 years. I am now retired and living in Wisconsin.
