I graduated from UCI in 1994 with a bachelors in French and another one in sociology. After working for a few years with special needs children I went back to school and received a masters in child development and another one in early childhood education with an emphasis in program directorship in 1998. After graduating I became a preschool teacher and then a preschool director in Malibu.
My husband, Mike, and I met in 1994 at UCI and got married in 1998. He is a software engineer. We have been married for 12 years and have a wonderful 5 year old son named Dylan. In 2005 I retired from preschool directing to stay at home with Dylan.
