50 Year Reunion Announcement!

Friday October 2nd: Attend a HS football/other game at Acalanes.
Saturday October 3d: 50th Reunion Event place and time TBD.
Sunday October 4th: Family potluck picnic Lafayette Community Group Picnic area 480 Saint Mary's Road, Lafayette, time TBD.
We are still missing more classmates than we have located. In order to secure the right sized location for our Saturday event, we need everyone's help in obtaining a current phone number and email for those who are still "missing."
If you are or are in touch with one of the missing classmates, please provide a phone number and or email address for missing classmates to the reunion committee at [email protected], or contact one of the reunion committee directly.
We also need you to express your interest in attending a Saturday October 3d 50th reunion so we can secure the appropriately-sized venue and budget for the event.
Please email the reunion committee to let us know if you want to go to the 50th event on Saturday, and if you will be bringing a spouse/partner.
Contact us if you can help with the planning of or with the actual events. If you are or know a classmate who's a member of one of the area's country clubs, a photographer, D.J., or guitar player? Can you loan any memorabilia for display or any items for a silent auction at Saturday's event? Can you host Friday's game watching or Sunday's family potluck picnic?
The Class of 1975 reunion committee had at least ten folks organizing their September 27 2025 50th reunion. We are currently a very small reunion committee, and we could use your help!

Today's Featured Biography
Craig Humphreys
UCDavis for a ChemE/EE degree, then on to Stanford for my MSEE and my MBA. Then spent 13 years working in National Intelligence on some really great projects. Since my time at Langely I've done a wide variety of interesting things:
1) Special effects for six major movies
2) Lead Signals Engineer in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI)
3) Developed a few novel electronic derivative trading algorithms for Wall Street
4) Worked at Facebook on the backend redesign allowing the company to change from a per-university to a world-wide model (my apologies for making that happen)
5) Did some management consulting with the Fortune 500 and startups. Seeing all the things managers do wrong let me to...
... (6) wrote a book on problem solving primarily aimed at businesses
(7) I'm in Stanford admissions now, doing applicant interviews. I get to meet some really outstanding young people and even have mentored a few in their academic and professional journey.
(8) Now I'm just an Angel Investor and part-time management consultant. I support DECA because Jeff Nott recruited me!
(9) Became a low-grade polyglot with German, Korean, Mandarin, and some Shanghainese and Swedish.
